    • Alumni participants develop their strengths and personality learnings.
    • Participants process the experience within a small group community.
    • Participants have a coach that helps them talk through next steps.
    • Soma is for every one, every year - even if you have come through before!

SOMA is Designed to:

    • Inspire you to dream big
    • Make Flood feel like a little smaller place
    • Give you a vision for the world and your place in it
    • Be holistic--to care for your mind, body, soul, and heart

Should I Attend?

If you've ever asked any of these questions, SOMA is for you!
    •    What is Flood all about?
    •    How can I be a better leader?
    •    How do I develop my strengths, gifts, and passions?
    •    How can I grow as a Christian?
    •    How will I ever get plugged in to a church this size?
