our Youth community!
Flood Church exists to create environments where people are transformed by the living God. We focus that vision on youth by equipping them with knowledge and real life experiences that allow them to Encounter God, Grow w/in Community, and Impact the World. Our vision is to see youth being INSPIRED to ENGAGE society for Christ.
We believe that the journey of life transformation begins with a consistent encounter with the living God. To that effect, we have created a Sunday environment where that encounter can happen:
Check out the 11am gathering every Sunday. This will be a great opportunity for students to attend worship in the main auditorium and listen to an age-specific message with their peers. We look forward to seeing all of our youth plugged in to this environment.
How it works: Worship in the main auditorium [sit on the front left] and leave right after worship for the LITTLE THEATRE [located in the hallway on the right hand side of the main auditorium]

Our spiritual growth does not happen apart from community. For that reason, we have created a mid-week environment where youth can come and spend a meaningful time together with other youth. This group is ALWAYS open to newcomers and consists of a fun game time, worship, short video, message, small group Bible study and an opportunity to make incredible friendships.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT HIGH SCHOOL GROUP
Time: 7pm to 8:30pm
Location: Colima Club House, 7575 Linda Vista Road, San Diego, CA 92111 (opposite Kearny High School)
Where to meet at Location: Club House is at the lower center of the complex by the swimming pool

We believe that youth can impact the world too. Check out our Community Group (above) to find ways we are impacting the world together...
We live in a sports obsessed world. Everywhere we go sports seem to dominate people’s social lives. Because of this, we have created a sports outreach in the Linda Vista community, starting with soccer, to engage youth using a medium they already understand. So far we only have a boys soccer program for ages 14 to 17 but we are working on more sports.
Time: Every Monday & Wednesday, 4pm [after-school]

The Break is a dynamic outreach environment at Kearny High School. The vision of the club is to introduce the truth of Jesus Christ to students and to allow his life transforming gospel to change their lives. The break meets every Wednesday and features pizza and an inspiring Christian message.
