Format: The strengths of 2B1 is supporting one another. The 15-20 couples that make up each class are grouped: three couples with one married coaching couple. There is homework each week that small groups discuss, followed by the presentation of a topic. There is also time for couples to discuss what they've learned. Additional follow up with coaches is highly encouraged.
